Your journey begins with a pickup from the airport or your hotel in Bishkek. Before lunch, you will depart for Chon-Kemin Valley, a scenic 2-3 hour drive from the capital. Upon arrival, you will check in at a comfortable eco-resort hotel surrounded by nature. After a delicious lunch, you will embark on a 2-3 hour horseback ride to a panoramic viewpoint offering stunning vistas of the valley. After returning to the hotel, you will have free time to relax. In the evening, enjoy a traditional folk music performance during dinner. Weather permitting, you can gather around a bonfire in the resort’s garden under a sky filled with stars.

After breakfast, you will drive to Karakol, a charming town in the Issyk-Kul region. Along the way, you will get your first glimpse of Issyk-Kul Lake, the second-largest alpine lake in the world. Upon arrival in Karakol (2-3 hours later), you will enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before checking into your accommodation. In the afternoon, you will visit the Karakol Ski Base, where you can take a cable car ride to a panoramic viewpoint overlooking the Karakol Pass and Issyk-Kul Lake. Before sunset, you will return to the city for dinner. Afterward, you will visit natural hot springs, where you can relax in the warm, mineral-rich waters that are known for their health benefits.

Today’s itinerary is packed with spectacular landscapes. After breakfast, you will drive two hours to Barskoon Gorge, where you can take a short hike to a small waterfall. Although a larger waterfall is accessible, it is not recommended due to limited time and challenging terrain. Next, you will drive one hour to Skazka Canyon, also known as the Fairy Tale Canyon, famous for its vibrant rock formations and unique landscapes. For lunch, you can either stop at a supermarket or dine at a local café in Bokonbayevo. By evening, you will arrive in Kochkor, passing the Orto-Tokoi Reservoir along the way. Dinner and an overnight stay will be at a local hotel.

Today, you will travel to one of the most remote and stunning locations in Kyrgyzstan—Kel-Suu Lake. Along the way, you will pass through Dolon Pass and Naryn City, driving through the breathtaking At-Bashy region and Ak-Sai Valley, home to wildlife such as horses, yaks, and marmots. After a 5-6 hour drive, you will reach your camp, where you will check in before starting a 3-4 hour hike to Kel-Suu Lake. This hidden alpine lake, located near the Chinese border, is famous for its dramatic cliffs and pristine waters. Dinner and an overnight stay will be at the camp, where you will meet fellow travelers from around the world.

After breakfast, you will drive back to Naryn City for lunch before continuing to Son-Kol Lake, a journey of 4-6 hours, depending on road conditions. Upon arrival, you will settle into a yurt camp and take some time to relax. In the afternoon, you can choose between a 2-3 hour hike to a panoramic viewpoint or an optional horseback ride. The stunning landscapes, nomadic lifestyle, fresh mountain air, and thousands of grazing animals make Son-Kol a truly magical experience. After dinner, you can stargaze under a crystal-clear night sky, enjoying the peaceful silence of the mountains.
